Who owns the IP of the generated designs?
You do. 100%. Anything generated within your workspace using your prompts belongs to your entity. We do not use your generations to train our public models.
Are the manufacturers actually vetted?
Yes. Every node in our manufacturing network undergoes a rigorous 60-point ESG and technical capability audit. We monitor their live API uptime and track defect rates. If a factory falls below a 98% quality threshold, they are automatically removed from the routing pool.
Can I use my own factories?
Yes. Enterprise accounts can onboard their existing supply chain partners into the Fashneva dashboard. Our integration engineers will set up the API bridges to their ERP systems within 14 days.
How do you handle physical samples?
Once a digital design is approved, you can click 'Request Sample.' The assigned factory will produce and air-freight a physical prototype to your headquarters within 7-10 business days.
