Fashneva provides a platform that connects designers and brands with clothing manufacturers. We provide tools for design, quoting, and production management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload designs or content that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fashneva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

However, you retain full ownership of any designs, logos, or brand assets you upload to the platform. Fashneva does not claim any ownership rights over your creations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fashneva, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
